Have A Look: Hollywood Celebrities in Without Makeup

Most celebretys of Hollywood wouldn’t be caught dead without makeup, but sometimes they find themselves in the wrong place — right in front of the paparazzi’s camera.Vanessa Hudgens
She definitely has a pretty face, but her cheeks look slimmer when she uses blush. And that sexy tan… it doesn’t exist at all.
Angelina Jolie
Do you see any difference? Not really, right? Angelina is a beauty and she has a nice and healthy skin.
Miley Cyrus
All sweaty and making funny faces, it’s hard to tell who she is. Without make up, Miley doesn’t seem to be that pretty, right?
Jennifer Lopez
She’s a diva on the red carpet and wherever she shows up, everyone notices. But she needs to thank her stylist, because without any makeup, she looks extremely pale and quite different from the artist so many girls want to imitate and boys wanna meet.
Brooke Shields
Her beautiful eyes must be hidden somewhere behind those wrinkles… can you see them? And of course, we are aware that Brooke likes to show off a nice natural tan.
Kim Kardashian
It was hard to recognize Kim. Without the eyelashes and lipstick, her sensuality is completely lost.
Jennifer Garner
Maybe she was in a hurry and that’s why she looks so pale. Jen, if you are going out like that, please, at least wear dark sunglasses to cover those eyebags! Blush is probably one of her favorite cosmetics.
Adriana Lima
Supermodel, work your thing! Proof once more that even someone who’s supposed to be one of the prettiest ladies in the world looks super ordinary without an inch of makeup.
Jessica Biel
Did Justin Timberlake really leave Cameron Diaz for her? Oh, wait … we just remembered what Cameron looks like without makeup. Never mind. But Biel is looking rather plain in the photo at left.
Drew Barrymore
Drew Barrymore was named one of the most beautiful people on Earth by PEOPLE magazine; she even graced the cover. In fact, to prove her beauty they published pictures of her without any makeup. They “only” applied base to cover her imperfections and to add a little color. But here you see Drew with no color at all.
Alicia Silverstone
After appearing in several music videos with rock band Aerosmith, the cute actress instantly made her way into the dreams of thousand of men everywhere and even won the award for ‘Most Desirable Female’ at the MTV Movie Awards. Well, we’re sorry to turn those dreams into nightmares, but this is how her face looks without makeup.
Dayanara Torres
The former Miss Universe and Mrs. Marc Anthony (you know, before he classily left her for J.Lo) shows off her natural look. But with those crazy raccoon eyes, we’re not sure if the “after” look is the best for her.
Beyonce
Wow nice curls! Makes someone appreciate that their makeup kit truly is “Irreplaceable”. Hey, Sasha Fierce, the makeup aisle is: “To the left, to the left”.
Rosario Dawson
Her style has always been simple and apparently doesn’t usually carry lots of makeup. Although concealer would help to cover her dark circles, we still think she’s a natural beauty.
Cameron Diaz
With no makeup Cameron Diaz shows the world her acne. Also, her blue eyes are less noticeable, her skin color very pale, and her nose looks wider. Oh… the magic of the shades and shadows!
Halle Berry
Change that little face Halle Berry, because we already saw your natural look and we do see the difference. The sexy actress, also considered one of the most desirable, knows how to take advantage of makeup.

Gautam Gambhir banned for one Test

India opener Gautam Gambhir was banned for one Test today for not conducting play “within the spirit of the game as well as within the laws of cricket”.

Gambhir was docked for a verbal altercation with Australian bowler Shane Watson, and using his elbow to give him a knock on the ribs while attempting a second run.Gambhir, who pleaded guilty to the Level 2 offence, will have to sit out of the final Test against Australia in Nagpur from Thursday.

Match-referee Chris Broad informed him of the decision before play commenced this morning. Gambhir will miss the fourth Test in Nagpur starting November 6 though he has a day’s time to decide on appealing against the decision.

India will sorely miss the in-form Gambhir, who has not only given good start in the Test series but has made big scores and spent a lot of time at the middle, wearing down the Aussie bowlers, frustrating them and laying a strong foundation for massive Indian totals.

Gambhir has already scored 206 in India’s score of 613 for 7 declared coming after his century in the second Test.“The decision to find Gambhir guilty of a Level 2 offence is indicative of the fact that any degree of physical contact is unacceptable,” Broad said.“Had Gambhir been charged with and found guilty of a charge under 2.4 (for deliberate or inappropriate physical contact), due to his previous offence, I would have been obliged to impose a minimum penalty of a two-Test match ban.

In the view of the umpires, the facts of this case - the lightness of the physical conduct and the element of provocation - would not justify such a penalty.”Broad also weighed in factors like Gambhir’s track record.

He was fined for running into Pakistan’s Shahid Afridi. Gambhir, in his defence of the incident with Watson, said on Wednesday, “It wasn’t deliberate, it just happened… I didn’t need to get into this argument with Shane Watson because he had no option of getting me out.

There wasn’t a need for me to stick my elbow out, it just happened.”Watson was fined 10 per cent of his match fee for “verbally engaging with Gambhir in a manner that was not in keeping with the spirit of cricket”.

He pleaded not guilty to the Level 1 charge and has no right to appeal.Gambhir was fined 65 per cent of his match fee for the incident with Afridi in 2007 in a ODI at Kanpur, and he was found guilty of a Level 2 charge of inappropriate and deliberate physical contact between players as well as a Level 1 charge of not conducting himself within the spirit of the game.

Team India Spirit: Tuffest situation for Astralia

Gautam Gambhir and V.V.S. Laxman helped themselves to double-centuries at the Ferozeshah Kotla on Thursday, their partnership of 278 laying the ballast for India to push for victory in the third Test.
India declared its innings on 613 for seven an hour and seventeen minutes after tea on the second day, leaving the Australian openers an uncomfortable period to play out. They hung in, Simon Katich outscoring Matthew Hayden, but surviving a close shout for leg-before from leg-spinner Amit Mishra.
India’s bowlers will need to maintain their intensity on Friday if they are to do justice to Gambhir and Laxman’s efforts, and secure the series and with it the Border-Gavaskar Trophy.

Crucial task
Gambhir and Laxman were confronted with a crucial task on Thursday morning, which had dawned colder and foggier than Wednesday. It was the sort of task that doesn’t appear terribly significant hours after the event, but Test cricket is a cumulative game — dramatic, defining passages can often be traced back to such periods.
With India resuming on 296 for three, and the second new ball in the best shape for Australia’s monochrome mode of attack, the tussle for control began in right earnest. India needed to survive the first hour so it could progress to set the agenda for victory; Australia required breakthroughs, several of them, as cheaply and quickly as possible.
Gambhir got to 150 with little fuss, tucking a rising delivery behind square, and for the next several minutes, both the left-handed opener and his partner profited from exploring the vacant tracts behind the staggered slip cordon. Gambhir did it with a choppy glide reminiscent of Justin Langer; Laxman waved wide deliveries away with the air of a conductor.

Testing Laxman
Brett Lee and Mitchell Johnson decided to hunt Laxman’s ribs with a leg gully and two men for the hook. A profitable line of enquiry, for Lee had troubled Laxman with the bouncer in Australia late last year.
After a spectacular hook shot, Laxman got into an awkward position against Lee, fending one through the slip cordon. But he recovered his poise to pull Johnson in front of square.
The tactic of banging it in was an isolated attempt at variety from an attack that clearly lacked imagination.
As the ball softened, the shortcomings of the Australian attack, which for the second day failed to consistently conjure reverse swing, were laid bare.
What was needed with little happening in the air and off the surface was unremitting control and a spot of bluster and bluff — qualities Glenn McGrath and Shane Warne used to offer. With none in the Australian attack producing a magic ball — the baited set-up, it appeared, was beyond them as well — Ricky Ponting wasn’t sure where to turn for a wicket.

Chances lost
The odd chance that transpired caught Australia by surprise: Cameron White procured an edge from Gambhir (on 176) with a googly, but Hayden didn’t react in time at slip; Laxman, on 134, edged Shane Watson but wicketkeeper Brad Haddin’s concentration, and consequently his footwork were found wanting.
Watson eventually ended Gambhir’s nine-hour stay (206, 375b, 25x4, 1x6), hustling the tired opener into edging one onto his stumps.
Katich extracted Sourav Ganguly, caught at short cover, but Dhoni, Kumble, and Zaheer lent Laxman boisterous, entertaining support.
The artist from Hyderabad (a description so trite it could easily have lost meaning if not for Laxman’s exceptional ability to refresh it continually and subtly alter its significance) batted with all his soft-handed finery.
Apart from its aesthetic appeal — which must never be lost sight of, for batting is creative expression after all — Laxman’s stay was key to India’s cause.
It was largely thanks to Laxman’s freakish feel for timing an old, infirm ball with nothing more than a twist of the wrists that India scored at over four an over in the first two sessions without doing anything out of the ordinary.
Laxman’s unbeaten 200 (470m, 301b, 21x4) was his sixth century against an opposition he so obviously loves. He has conquered greater Australian attacks, however.
This innings was more a case of kicking an opponent when it’s down and hurting, but he did it with such grace that not even Australia’s supporters at the Kotla complained.

11 blasts rock Assam killing 40 and injuring 200 others

Eleven blasts rocked Assam around mid-morning today. The blasts were targeted at the crowded marketplaces of Guwahati. Five blasts were reported in Gowahati and six in other parts of the state.
Over 40 people were killed and more than 200 injured on Thursday in 13 serial bomb blasts triggered by suspected ULFA and HUJI militants in crowded areas of lower Assam, including capital Guwahati.
The bombs went off simultaneously at around 11.30 AM mostly in markets of Kamrup, Kokrajhar, Bongaigaon and Barpeta districts, official sources said.
In Guwahati's Kamrup area, a bomb exploded in Ganeshguri-Dispur near the high-security capital complex housing the Assembly building, another in front of the district's Deputy Commissioner's office, the third at Paltan Bazar and the fourth at Fancy Bazar, the sources said.
While 25 were killed in the four blasts in Guwahati, 10 others died in Kokrajhar, three in Barpeta and two in Bongaigaon, they said.
The death toll is likely to rise as more bodies were suspected to be buried in the debris at the blast sites, the sources said, adding the condition of the several of the injured is serious.
Thick smoke billowed after the high intensity blasts which turned a number of cars, two wheelers and cycles into mangled heaps of metal.
Another explosion hit Paltan Bazar in Guwahati. Accusing the police of reaching the blast sites late, angry people in the Ganeshguri tried to torch a fire tender.
In Kokrajhar district, two blasts occurred in the main market in Kokrajhar town killing two on the spot, while eight others succumbed to injuries in hospital, the sources said.
The third blast was near the railway track in the two town, the sources said, adding, several were injured in the three blasts.

Pgoto Gallery: The Beauty of "Yellow"

Beautifull Himalaya’s

The Himalaya is a mountain range in Asia, separating the Indian subcontinent from the Tibetan Plateau. By extension, it is also the name of the massive mountain system which includes the Himalaya proper, the Karakoram, the Hindu Kush, and a host of minor ranges extending from the Pamir Knot. Together, the Himalayan mountain system is the planet's highest and home to all 14 of the world's highest peaks, the Eight-thousanders, including Mount Everest. To comprehend the enormous scale of Himalayan peaks, consider that Aconcagua at 22,841 feet (6962 m) is the highest mountain in the Andes, while there are over thirty peaks in the Himalaya exceeding 25,000 feet (7620 m).
Etymologically Himalaya means "abode of snow" in Sanskrit ( from hima "snow", and aalaya "abode"). The correct name for the range is Himalaya, though the plural Himalayas is often used.

The Himalaya stretch across five nations — Pakistan, India, China, Bhutan and Nepal. It is the source of two of the world's major river systems — the Indus Basin and the Ganga-Brahmaputra Basin. An estimated 750 million people live in the watershed area of the Himalayan rivers, which also includes Bangladesh.

The Himalayan (pronounced as Himaalayas and not with a short "a" as is commonly mispronounced)range runs for about 2400 km, from Nanga Parbat in the west to Namche Barwa in the east. The width varies between 250-300 km. The Himalayan range comprises three parallel ranges, arranged by elevation and geological age.
